The postholder is responsible for the provision of administrative and clerical support to the Health Visitor Team Managers and their teams within Midlothian. This role facilitates the clerical and administrative functions of the team’s service on behalf of the Health Visiting Team Managers. HNC/SVQIII in Secretarial Studies/Business Administration or equivalent experience. Advanced keyboard skills. Excellent organisational, oral and written communication skills. Good working knowledge of computer software packages.
