Can you help contribute to the smooth running of our firm?

We are looking for a Facilities Assistant to join our Facilities team in Aberdeen. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading team in a successful, growing firm.

The successful candidate will be based around our print room/mail room and provide support to everyone within our office. You will complete all requests to photocopy, bind or scan documents, making sure that these meet any deadlines given; collect, process and distribute incoming/outgoing mail; organise couriers and deal with office maintenance issues.

We are looking for candidates who have the ability to use their own initiative, whilst also working as part of a team. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential, with the ability to work to tight deadlines. The successful candidate should also have good knowledge of Microsoft packages i.e Outlook, Excel, Word etc.
