We have an exciting opportunity available for an Area Manager to assist in the intense roll out plan of new store openings across the UK in the next three years, which will include travelling to different locations. As a Cinnabon Area Manager you will have the opportunity to use your logical, strategic and management skills to drive the sales, performance and standards for your stores. Following the roll out plan of new stores, you will be responsible for a minimum of 10 stores across an assigned geographical area. You will have exposure working with a famous brand and strive to make your area excel in all areas including sales, customer service and store audits.

It takes commitment, hard work and dedication to be a successful Cinnabon Area Manager but don’t be fooled, this doesn’t mean you can’t have fun and enjoy the benefits and rewards that this role brings. Your working week will consist of:

Visiting your stores to identify & recognise strengths
Identifying areas for improvement
Look to increase sales / profitability through leadership & management skills
Engaging with the teams in your stores and set individual and store targets
Creating strategies and developing new ideas to help drive store performance
Motivating and managing the teams, recruiting for the store when needed
Recognising and rewarding hard working teams and individuals.

What would my main responsibilities be as an Area Manager?

Coach, mentor and motivate managers / teams to achieve amazing results and delegate responsibility
Assist with multiple new store openings and ensure the stores are fully recruited in time for opening
Identify and implement strategies to drive sales and meet targets
Recruit high quality managers and colleagues into the business and ensure they feel like part of the family
Assist in the training, development and progression of employees
Ensure that our stores look presentable and vibrant
Strive for stores to pass audits
Be happy, friendly, smile and have fun!
