About the role


Balfour Beatty Assets & Technology Solutions team have an amazing opportunity for a CCTV Asset & Engineering Manager based at our CCTV Centre of Excellence facility in Derby.

Our CCTV Centre of Excellence facility, deploys the latest digital security and CCTV assets, including traffic management to projects across the UK.


As a CCTV Assets & Engineering Manager you will be responsible for the delivery of onsite CCTV installations, maintenance, and asset deployment.


What you'll be doing


Some other key areas will include: -

  • Management of the “in-life” elements of our CCTV installations and assets
  • Supporting the CCTV & Helpline Manager with the continued growth and development of the CCTV & Security business
  • Coordinate logistics of assets and deliveries through our in-house logistics service and collaborating closely with all relevant stakeholders
  • Implementation of repairs and maintenance management system/processes to create business efficiencies and cost savings
  • Work alongside Technical & Engineering to identify specification improvements

Who we're looking for


What we are looking for:

  • Ability to manage businesses challenges and opportunities to deliver effective performance
  • Managerial experience
  • Experience in managing operations / projects in an engineering or CCTV & Security capacity

We would like you to have:

  • Working knowledge of construction industry
  • Proven, effective Project Management skills with qualification
  • Operations / management qualification(s)
  • Other relevant industry qualifications (e.g. SIA)
