In response to continued growth across RSK and the shift to a more system-based focus to drive efficiencies across the business, we have created a new role for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our rapidly evolving HR Systems team.

The role can be full-time (40 hours a week) or part-time and is open to hybrid working or homeworking. Due to the geographical spread of our offices, travel across the UK and possibly overseas may also be required from time to time.

Service Delivery Manager (home based)

The role will report directly to the Group HR Systems Manager.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing and developing the HR Systems team of administrators, co-ordinators and Team Leader.
  • Escalations from the HR Systems inbox, assessing when the HR Systems Manager needs to be informed.
  • Ensuring system training resources and delivery remain current and accessible to a variety of end users.
  • Leading the HR Systems portion of the acquisition onboarding process, agreeing timeframes and ensuring the teams deliverables are met.
  • Project managing the onboarding of large complex acquisitions to the HR System, when they fall outside the standard process and timeframes.
  • Assessing the HR Systems team successes and capturing any lessons learned to enable continuous improvement.
  • Regular review of HR Systems Requests received and allocation of the work.
  • Ensuring the HR Systems SLA’s are adhered to and that the timeframes remain achievable as the company grows at pace.
  • Conducting the teams PDR’s.
  • Ensuring compliance with GDPR requirements.

Person specification

  • Experienced line manager, who can demonstrate how they would motivate, engage and manage team performance and service delivery.
  • Proven project management experience.
  • Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent IT skills on Microsoft apps.
  • An adaptable, problem solver.
