Job Description

The key responsibilities would include:

  • Taking incoming calls from customers
  • Scheduling bookings
  • Updating spreadsheets
  • Inputting data and ensuring customer's data and communications are up to date.
  • Making outgoing telephone calls with customers to follow up on emails and enquires.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate:

  • Able to start immediately
  • Customer service experience (either face to face or telephone)
  • Good administrative skills
  • IT proficient
  • Confident speaking on the phone
  • Excellent communication skills
