My client is a reputable business based in Kings Hill who are currently looking for experienced customer focused candidates to join their busy team with an immediate start!
The key responsibilities would include:
- Taking incoming calls from customers
- Scheduling bookings
- Updating spreadsheets
- Inputting data and ensuring customer's data and communications are up to date.
- Making outgoing telephone calls with customers to follow up on emails and enquires.
The successful candidate:
- Able to start immediately
- Customer service experience (either face to face or telephone)
- Good administrative skills
- IT proficient
- Confident speaking on the phone
- Excellent communication skills
