An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and committed person to join our Physical Activity and Sport Team. Providing administrative support to the service, you will also help in the delivery of specific programmes to encourage physical activity in the community.
The Person
Previous experience in an administrative role in a busy office environment is essential. You must be able to work on your own initiative and meet deadlines. You will be expected to be well organised with exceptional administration and communication skills, including the ability to deal with customers face to face, over the phone and in writing. You should be familiar with Microsoft Office as well as having experience of maintaining and using databases. Experience in a customer service role would be advantageous.
