Our client, a rapidly growing Financial Services organisation based in Redditch, is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join their team. As the Operations Manager, you will ideally have a Paraplanning and Compliance background and play a pivotal role in the success of the company by overseeing and managing the daily operations.

Your responsibilities as the Operations Manager will include:
    Manage the daily operations of the business, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all departments
    Keep up to date with FCA rules and regulations, including Consumer Duty
    Lead projects as agreed with all stakeholders
    Monitor and review operational performance and business strategy to maximise productivity
    Develop, recommend and implement strategies to improve processes and workflows
    Point of contact for technical questions
    Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of staff members
    Manage Business Support and Paraplanning teams to deliver optimal productivity
    Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices

To be a successful Operations Manager, you will require the following:
    Paraplanning/technical report writing experience
    Diploma in Financial Planning / Regulated Financial Planning / Bachelor’s degree in a related field or other recognised industry qualifications
    Strong leadership and management skills with a proven track record of managing teams
