This is an exciting opportunity to lead our Building & Customer Safety Team of in-house employees and external contractors.
You will be responsible for covering building safety and compliance across all of our assets and ensuring all our buildings are safe and compliant with legislation, regulation and best practice.
You will be the strategic lead for mhs in these areas and will report to our Board, Directors, staff and external stakeholders.
You will act as the technical lead alongside your team in the delivery of Building Safety Projects. This includes responsibility for planning, development, and delivery of Building Safety investigations, ensuring all works are of high quality, cost effective and in-line with our regulatory requirements.
You will provide a customer focussed service and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure continuous engagement.
You will also manage project consultants and contractors ensuring they are performing in line with requirements and are compliant with Health & Safety and Fire Safety.

Hourly pay 12.00 - 16.00 (Bank Holidays 18.00). Paid mileage 45p per mile. Refer-a-Friend 300. Paid training (Induction, refreshers and e-learning).
