Full Job: Forklift Operator / Order Picker

  • Location: Project Timber - Sutton on Trent NG23 6QX.
  • Salary: £12.24 Per Hour.
  • Full Time and Long Term Opportunity.

Key Requirements & Experience:

  • Attention to detail.
  • A positive attitude to work.

  • The ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Must be able to work well as part of a team.
  • Self-driven to complete tasks independently.
  • Previous warehousing experience is preferable, but not essential.
  • Must be able to adhere to health and safety standards and procedures.
  • Forklift License (Advantages).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Picking, packing and scanning orders distribution via Pallet or Van delivery.
  • Auditing orders prior to departure.
  • Completing stock checks and flagging up any inaccuracies.
  • Ensuring the safe despatch of fragile products and providing feedback to improving packaging solutions.

We are looking for individuals to work at our Sutton on Trent site.

As an Order picker you will be responsible for picking, auditing and loading orders for our customer delivery. This is a varied role, through which you will develop excellent product knowledge and have opportunities to progress your career.
We are looking for diligent candidates who have excellent attention to detail.
