DUTIES
- The following duties will come with training and development from the Bid Team.
- Work in collaboration with relevant Senior/Bid Writer and Bid Manager to support the bid throughout the entire lifespan
- Follow the agreed bid management procedures ensuring they are implemented at each stage of the bid lifespan
- Read, understand and extract the key bid requirements from the documentation received and communicate with all parties via presentations, planning and review meetings
- Review Client specifications and relevant bid documentation to ensure the opportunity fits the business manifesto and Client requirements can be met
- Liaise with internal departments to support with the bid process and prepare a winning bid
- Conduct research needed to write, edit and check bids including evidence gathering to answer bid questions e.g. financial records/achievement rates etc
- Ensure bids are completed accurately and on time
- Keep an accurate bid library, bid tracker and complete due diligence where required, including ad hoc bid administration
- Download potential business opportunities from tendering sites and manage the bid no / no bid process
- Follow up on all bids for feedback and/or attend feedback / debrief sessions

- It is essential that candidates are educated to at least NVQ/Diploma Level
- Have 1.5 years vocational/work experience.
- Great attention to detail
- Passion for progression within a Bid environment
