Our client, an award winning law firm, are looking to recruit a hard working Paralegal for their Private Client Team in York.

The role
Reporting directly to the Head of Private Client your role will include:

• Providing an elevated level of Legal Support to a team of fee earners
• Assisting on a busy caseload of Private Client Matters
• Drafting Wills
• Undertaking Administration of Estates
• Managing Lasting Powers of Attorney Queries
• Processing Court of Protection Applications.
• Dealing with Trusts and Probate Matters.

About you
To be considered for this role, you will:

• Be able to demonstrate experience of Administration of Estates
• Advise on Lasting Powers of Attorney.
• Have the proven ability to draft Wills.
• Be able to progress Court of Protection Applications.
• Previous experience as a Private Client Paralegal is essential.
