Job Description
In conjunction with a Web Editor colleague, you will be responsible for, the development of the council’s corporate website and internal intranet pages. Your day-to-day work will involve working closely with Marketing and Communication colleagues to produce digital communications, ensuring an improved organizational profile, visibility, customer accessibility and timeliness of all web content in line with the council’s strategic priorities.
The Person
We are looking for a skilled writer and editor with an eye for detail. Advanced experience of developing written content for internal and external audiences is vital. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate experience and knowledge of using MS Office and content management systems. Knowledge of InDesign and Photoshop or other publishing tools is desirable.
