We are looking for Warehouse Operative - Goods In within a hospital.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 08:30 to 17:00
• 60 minutes lunch

Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Scan Order, Delivery and Put Away Operations. Heavy lifting involved.
• Understanding of daily scan schedules, scan download files for stock, direct stock (where applicable), fluids (where applicable) & EDC ensuring all are on time.
• Communication of stock issues with ward management and senior clinical staff in a timely manner.
• Ensure deliveries of goods via, cage, pallet truck, PPT or trolley are accurate to the scanned order, delivered and are correctly checked off put away and signed for in accordance to agreed KPI’s.
• Filing paperwork in line with daily tasks.
• Undertake some manual handling/bending and reaching as part of your normal job duties.
• Good accuracy and organisational skills.
• Team player.
• Ensuring work areas are kept clean, neat and well-organised.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, keeping your line manager advised on all relevant matters or problems.
• Ability to work effectively at speed, making decisions in a timely manner.
• Attention to detail and ability to work to target.
