Fountasia Ltd is a small business in THE STREET NEWCHURCH KENT.

As a Warehouse Worker, you will be required to perform frequent physical labour, lift and transport heavy objects, and be able to stand for extended periods of time. We're looking for experienced professionals with a strong work ethic and impeccable attention to detail who are unafraid of hard work and completing repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain clean and safe work environment.
• Maintain a tidy work station.
• Monitor warehouse activities to ensure that all tasks are performed appropriately.
• Maintain inventory control variables such as pantry levels, set up dates, and menus.
• Adhere to cash control protocol.
• Stock and organise inventory items.

· Willingness to work with all different types of stock, in a temperature-controlled area

· Good attention to detail and attention to safety

· Duties will include order picking and packing goods

· Some heavy lifting involved which can be physically challenging

· Move, lift and load equipment

· Hands on approach

· Quality checking goods

· Stock put away

· General warehouse duties

· Taking delivery of goods and supplies

· Storing of goods

· Preparation of stock

· Stock checks

· Work as a team to meet end objectives

· Flexibility

· Ability to work under pressure

· Experience of working in a warehouse environment

· Forklift Licence preferred (not essential)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £11.00-£12.00 per hour
