As Section Manager reporting into the Head of ICQA, you'll seek to understand and correct root causes leading to inventory discrepancies, carrying our extensive analysis and research.
You will need to ensure that we continue delivering as reliably as ever to our customers, with all teams maintaining their performance and quality of service. You will also proactively audit team efficiency and make recommendations to the business on your findings.
In building a strong team for management of inventory and quality across Frasers warehouses we need people with a passion for the job and an appetite to build team and processes. This is a job for the experienced ICQA professional, but also for the warehouse professional with a keen interest in ICQA who can help the building of this great team
Stakeholder management is key, you will need to ensure that you can influence meaningful change with your audience.

Job Description
- Leading a team of ICQA Officers for either Core / Lux departments
- Supporting the Head of ICQA in driving performance on key metrics and delivery to plan, ensuring an efficient warehouse operation
- Monitoring KPIs regarding accuracy and integrity of Quality and Inventory transactions
- Reviewing/analysing customer defect data and developing action plans to reduce and eliminate causes of any issues
- To be responsible for ensuring Health & Safety compliance in accordance with company policy and legislation
- To assume the responsibility of First Aider and Fire Warden
- To deputise for your colleague managers during holidays and sickness periods as required
- Provide direct guidance and detailed advice on all processes and SOPs
- Use and confidentiality of all in-house databases inc. ESS, Itrent, MSS, HRSS, KRONOS
Qualifications
- Proven track record in a similar Warehousing role, ideally with Inventory Control and Quality Assurance Management experience
- Relevant experience as a manager; leading a group of people with the ability to motivate and develop
- Exceptional stakeholder, people and change management skills
- Effective communication at all levels including presentation and influencing skills
- Proven experience with WMS Systems
- Experience in organising large amounts of data
- Ability to assess and analyse historic data
- Relevant experience in using MS Office suite including Excel
- Customer focused approach
- Resilient, flexible, assertive and confident in approach
