We are looking to appoint an ambitious and highly skilled Leader of Inclusion. This is an exciting time to be joining the school and an opportunity to be part of a cohesive Extended Leadership Team.
The successful candidate will be an effective Inclusion Leader/SENCo with the drive and passion to further develop our SEND strategy. As leader for Inclusion, the post-holder will ensure high quality provision for students with additional needs, including students with SEND, disadvantaged and vulnerable pupils.
We are seeking applications from candidates who:
• Demonstrate significant experience of working in a leadership role in SEND and inclusion.
• Exhibit a strong understanding of current SEND legislation, policy and practice, including a range of SEND needs and interventions and strategies for supporting children and young people with SEND
• Can lead a team collaboratively, demonstrating strong leadership and management skills.
• Are passionate about inclusivity
• Are able to build strong relationships with staff, children and parents
• Have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrate high aspirations for students and themselves.
