Role: Hygiene Team Leader

Location: Durham Bakery DH1 1HP

Hours: Full-Time Hours Available / Permanent 2pm till 10pm

Salary: £11.66

What will my role look like?

We are looking for a dedicated Hygiene Team Leader who can lead, inspire and motivate a team of hygiene assistant’s to maintain the Bakery to a high standard and ensure legal compliance is being met.

As a hygiene team leader you will lead the team to complete hygiene checks and ensure the bakery is compliant with all relevant legislation. You will be responsible for ensuring the required quality, safety and hygiene standards are being implemented and maintained across our bakery.

You will work closely with the production, maintenance and transport teams and ensure effective communication is being made between colleagues regarding H&S changes, procedures and performance.
