Job Description

Are you ready to take your career to the next level and join our brilliant AV team to manage an impressive cluster of clients? Due to increased business needs, we have an AV Manager opportunity to join our team and lead the way in delivering exceptional results.

Whether you're a junior manager looking for a promotion or already in a management role, we're looking for someone who will be primarily responsible for planning, implementing and delivering AV campaigns. who can collaborate with our AV Director, and ensure that commercial, audit, and client priorities always take centre stage. You'll also have the opportunity to lead our junior team and drive their development forward.

You will be the Planners’ primary day-to-day contact for the client account, building solid and trusted relationships, resolving issues with media owners and escalating where senior support is needed.

Qualifications

Are you an AV superstar with a passion for creating innovative communication strategies that get clients excited? Do you stay ahead of the game with the latest market developments and love sharing your AV knowledge with others? Then we want you on our team!

As our ideal AV Manager, you will bring the following to the table:

• You've got a track record in AV media buying and planning. Extremely confident with the implementation planning of TV, Video on Demand, Connected TV and Cinema
• You're proficient with Media Ocean tools, Prisma, Excel, and PowerPoint - and you could probably teach us a thing or two!
• Your negotiation, presentation, and communication skills are very sharp
• You're familiar with media auditing processes
• You're not just a yes-person - you're not afraid to challenge briefs and come up with innovative ideas
