What it's like to work here:We’re a small team almost at the beginning of an exciting re-building of our public offer here at Leith Hill Place estate. That means that we end up turning our hands to everything; from compliance, strategic thinking, volunteer management, reception duties to painting the floor! The house is shut for a major renovation job this year, so we’re concentrating our efforts on The Tower, improving that engagement, learning about the visitors and planning for 2024, when we reopen the house.

We need to work hard on bringing new audiences and making Leith Hill Place & Tower a ‘go to’ visitor attraction that locals and staff are proud to have in their neighbourhood.
