User Researcher Contract role £600 per day Outside IR35 4 Months Latest Start date: 12th June Closing date for applications: 24th May Location: Manchester 2 days on siteThe mobile device product is responsible for over 15,000 devices across the whole of the organisation. They currently have a mixed estate of both Apple and Android devices, as well as a number of tablets in order to fulfil this demand. Mobile service is an essential part of the product. The service team are responsible for the distribution, refresh, incident re-solvent and overall management of the mobile service. Service must remain user focused, and due to the nature of mobile, and its ever-changing nature, service must move with the advances in technology and the expectations of its users.
Mobility has therefore undertaken a project to improve its service. This project looks at the process and procedures currently in place when and the changes and improvements needed to make it better.
This project will be delivered in three phases: *Alpha- learning which potential solutions have the best chance of meeting user needs *Beta- Validating design decisions though the development of the service. Look at how the new service will integrate with existing services and prepare for transition to live *Go live- supporting the service in a sustainable way, iterate and make improvement
