An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Critical Care Unit for an experienced, enthusiastic and proactive individual who is able to work with minimal supervision on a range of tasks. The successful applicant will need to be comfortable working with multiple deadlines and changing priorities.

Main duties include supporting the management and co-ordination of Critical Care Rota's. You will be the first port of call when staff wish to amend their roster or swap/cancel shifts.

You will provide day-to day support by ensuring an adequate level of staffing is achieved for the number of patients on the CCU. This will be facilitated through maximization of resources. It is your responsibility for initiating the necessary action to maintain service needs and requirements.
