We have a fantastic new opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Training Manager to join our Talent & Development Team.

What’s the Opportunity?

As Training Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs for our employees. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and training, strong communication skills, and experience in developing and executing training programs.

Salary: Up to £40,000 depending on experience

Hours: 37.5 per week

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday

Location: This role is based from our Head Office in Chineham, RG24 8UB with the opportunity to work remotely in line with our hybrid ways of working. The Training Manager will be travelling to our sites across the UK, with the expectation to be working on site at least 3 days a week.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop and execute training programs for all employees, including new hires, existing employees and management
  • Support in creation and delivery of engaging and effective training content and materials
  • Conduct training sessions in a variety of formats, including face to face and virtual
  • Engage with key stakeholders to deliver custom content
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and adjust as necessary to ensure they meet the needs of the organisation.
  • Analyse return on investment for all programmes and identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Research and implement new training technologies and methods to improve the effectiveness of training programs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external training vendors and providers

Who You’ll Be

  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners of all levels
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
  • Experience in training and development, with a proven track record of designing and executing successful training programs
  • Knowledge of current training technologies and methodologies
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • CIPD Level 3 or 5 in Learning and Development is preferred but not essential
  • A continuous improvement mindset to enhance training content and processes
