Part time role - starting from £22,000 FTE

- We generate new business on behalf of our clients - we're not paid per lead so this is not a high-pressure sales environment. Our clients want high-quality leads from us. That means making sales calls that leave prospects feeling respected, and open to conversation.

The calls we make on behalf of our clients are not your typical sales calls, and we find that businesses are very open to our style.
Does that mean you won’t be told ‘no’ on the phone? No - but with our unique training and relaxed style, you won’t be left feeling rejected or have prospects being rude to you.
We're looking for someone with the following qualities:
- Strong verbal skills.
- Ability to work on your own initiative. You’ll receive full training.
- A good listener; this is the skill that will win you business.
- Ability to manage clients; you'll be working closely with your clients and will update/meet with them regularly.
- Basic IT skills
- Good spelling and grammar - you may need to send emails after calls. You will be provided with templates and will need to tweak according to your conversations.
- The most important attribute is a willingness to learn. We don’t do sales like you’ve encountered before and you must be comfortable with being uncomfortable whilst you’re learning!
- No previous sales experience is required, just a can-do attitude.
- You could be making up to 20 calls per hour, if you’re not happy to do this then this isn’t the role for you!
- Ability to get to Holbeach - there is no access to the office via a Bus.

- Flexibility with regards to hours. We’re initially looking for between 14 and 21 hours per week (your choice) but there will be the opportunity to increase - should you wish - in the near-future. You can do this over how every many days you wish.
- Flexibility with regards to location, after the initial training period.
- Pay starts at £22,000 FTE, with the opportunity to earn bonuses on top.
- We’re expecting A LOT of growth during 2023 and you’ll be joining right at the beginning of it. We envisage good progression opportunities for the right person.
- Tilba Marketing offers other services to businesses, such as admin support and digital marketing. This may be something that you can assist with in the future (if you wish, this is absolutely not essential to the Telephone Sales Executive role).
- Experience within a customer service or admin role is desirable.
