A well-respected house builder is looking to appoint a Technical Coordinator to their established team. The main objective will be to assist with a number of pre-development projects at detailed design stage from planning submission to start, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to programme, whilst providing technical assistance to the operations team.

Assist in coordinating the management of external consultants such as architects, designers and engineers, who produce detailed working drawings for residential development projects. Securing approvals for sectional agreements including S278, S104 and S38. Meeting all customer obligations, in line with company policy’s, provide design information to the operations team to meet programme requirements and work within projects commercial targets ensuring best value is achieved through pro-active value engineering.

Key experienced needed and thorough understanding of:

Residential New build experience is essential
It is vital to have previous experience in a similar role
UK Building Regulations, NHBC and CDM Regulations
Good understanding of the planning process
Ideally hold a relevant BTEC/HNC/Degree
