Cineworld Cardiff is recruiting additional team members. After a year of some amazing releases such as Avatar: The Way of Water, Top Gun: Maverick, Black Panther: Wakanda Forever and Minions: The Rise Of Gru, 2023 looks to be equally exciting with many more great titles such as Guardians of the Galaxy, John Wick 4, D&D and The Super Mario Bros Movie. It time to bring more people into our team. Candidates ideally will need to be available to work afternoons and late evenings, Monday to Friday and any time over the weekend. We are a 15 screen cinema over 5 floors with 4DX, Superscreen, 2 concessions stands and 2 bars located right in the heart of Cardiff City Centre.

Team Member

As a Team Member, you’ll be responsible for making sure every customer has an unrivalled cinema experience. You’ll be out there as the face of Cineworld, meeting, greeting and providing a superior standard of service to our customers in the various offer areas. Whether selling tickets, selling freshly prepared popcorn or showing people to their seats, you and your team mates will ensure everyone has a great time in a safe and clean environment.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Cash Handling
• Food Handling (Including Stock Replenishment)
• Cleaning
• Heavy Lifting
• Compliance with Health and Safety Regulations
• Increasing Sales
• Maintaining Standards
• Following Policies and Procedures
• Dealing Face to Face with large Groups of People
