Team Leader

Your role as Team Leader
We are looking for experienced, customer focused and passionate Team Leaders to lead our Costa Coffee Units on University Park and Jubilee Campus at the University of Nottingham.
Candidates should have supervisory experience gained within a similar environment, excellent customer service skills, experience of stock control and have proven planning, organisational and administration skills. As a Team Leader, you will lead by example, be inclusive, fair, respectful, be resilient and able to adapt to change quickly.

Available Positions
Post 1- Hours of work are part time (25 hours per week), 5 days out of 7 to be arranged including regular weekends for 52 weeks of the year. Flexibility will be required.
Post 2- Hours of work are part time (30 hours per week), 5 days out of 7 to be arranged including regular weekends for 52 weeks of the year. Flexibility will be required.
Post 3- Hours of work are part time (35 hours per week), 5 days out of 7 to be arranged including regular weekends for 52 weeks of the year. Flexibility will be required.
These positions are offered on a permanent basis.
The successful candidates for these posts will be expected to attend the Estates and Facilities training courses which run Monday to Friday mornings. Further details will be given at interview.
