• Additional £1.20 paid for every hour worked between midnight and 6 am, bringing your hourly rate to £14.15 per hour!

We are looking for Full Time Team Leader to join our Starbucks at Heathrow Airport T2.

As a Team Leader, you will work a variety of shifts between 4:00 am - 10:30 pm including weekends, so it is important you can travel safely to the Airport for early starts and that you are flexible with working shifts.

Responsibilities for Team Leader:

• Leads the shift and motivates the team to drive sales
• Follows opening, closing & shift changeover procedures ensuring effective handover
• Ensures the cleaning schedules are followed with all cleaning monitored & allocated fairly
• Following Health & Safety/Food Safety/Statutory requirements and report to Line Manager if required
• Trains the team on brand standards
• Ensures cash procedures followed by all staff Leader/Supervisor experience within retail or hospitality sector
