Talent Coordinator/Recruitment Resource Consultant
Full-Time (Monday-Friday 37.5 hours per week) and Permanent.
Location: Lennoxtown, Glasgow (Hybrid) & with free parking when in office.
Salary: � 18,000 to � 23,000 (negotiable depending on experience) & generous bonuses � 5k to � 10k p/a
We are looking to appoint a junior level Talent Coordinator / Recruitment Resource Consultant for our busy Recruitment Consultancy with natural talent in communications (verbal & written), plus someone who is curious minded, committed, and a collaborative person who loves making a difference.

The purpose of this role is to provide support in the following areas:
Search through shared email/mailboxes/application inboxes, identify suitable and quality candidates, tele-screen shortlisted candidates by obtaining accurate current employment details, work histories, motivations to change careers/positions/companies through to accurate anticipated salary requirements & salary expectations, through to full suitability qualification.
Gain Applicants/Candidates confidence, ensuring candidates feel that you are happy, capable and committed to look after their career, by in-depth understanding our clients that we wish to submit their CVs, through to understanding a range of directions each candidate would like to develop their own careers.
Ideal Skills and experience * Proven experience from a HR/Recruitment and/or Customer Services background or similar industry * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. * Ability to work accurately, with attention to detail * Ability to multitask * Ability organise and prioritise workload * Familiarity with business software such as Microsoft Office. * Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills.
