Responsibilities

  • Provide support for both relational and XML-based content management systems, as well as digital asset management systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and end users to identify their requirements and any requests for improvements.
  • Create technical specifications and documentation for the systems.
  • Coordinate with internal and external resources to ensure that requested changes are implemented accurately and on time, while keeping stakeholders informed about ongoing development priorities.
  • Develop code in .NET, PowerShell, and JAVA to implement system enhancements.
  • Test and deploy configurations, scripts, and code.
  • Offer support for production systems, including troubleshooting and analysis, communication with external vendors, and testing.
  • Work as a member of the content analyst team, collaborating effectively with other team members to deliver optimal business value.

Experience

  • Must be proficient in managing content management systems, including digital asset management DAM systems and adept at overseeing publishing workflows
  • Skilled in handling video asset workflows, encompassing video encoding, codecs, file formats and streaming services
  • Experienced in working with metadata modelling within a DAM application
  • Proficient in utilizing SQL Server, PowerShell, XML, Java, XQuery and XSLT
  • Knowledgeable in scripting, databases, and both declarative and object-oriented programming

Salary

They offer an excellent salary of up to £55,000 per annum for the right candidate!

Location

This client is based in London, and you will be required to attend their office 2x per week
