Fulbridge Social Care are recruiting compassionate and outgoing individuals to work with young people in residential home settings. Our sole purpose is to support and care for young people aged between 7-17, who can display challenging and complex behaviours. You will endeavour in making them always feel comfortable and safe. When working with Fulbridge Social Care, we want the best care possible for the children and young people. We invest in our staff with the best training, so you can provide outstanding support with each and every young person.

Daily activities could include:

• Encouraging children and enabling independence.
• Teaching basic life skills.
• Appropriately dealing with challenging behaviours.
• Support in the community and/or education.
• Driving to/from appointments and activities.

• £12.75 per hour for bank holidays.
• £35 per 8-hour sleep.
• Free accredited training.
• Building experience within the care sector (No previous experience needed).
• Temp – Perm possibilities.

Available shift patterns:

• 8am-11pm (+/- Sleep)
• 3pm – 11pm (+/- Sleep)
• 10pm-8am (Waking night – selected areas only)

Successful candidates must have an online enhanced DBS or willing to obtain a brand-new one - Fees apply.

All job offers are subject to satisfactory reference, DBS, and ID checks.
