Hanley Gardens and Caledonian Road are a pair of services supporting 15 High Needs customers with an enduring mental health diagnosis to achieve greater independence and health outcomes. The service is an interim service that will eventually move, along with its customers, to a new site in the next 6 months once the building has finished development. The service works closely with health and community colleagues to support customers to achieve their goals and engage in their local community safely.
This is a 6 month Fixed Term Contract, starting in June and ending in November.
