Are you looking for flexibility, choosing to pick up Support shifts when it suits you?

Working as part of our growing Accommodation-Based Services team, you'll get a chance to be trained and work in a flexible way, covering shifts when our staff are on leave.

You'll bring expertise to provide practical and emotional support to individuals, helping to promote a greater level of independence.

You’ll do this in a trauma-informed way (you’ll receive great training) and by building strong relationships with those you support.

You'll ensure that you keep accurate and detailed records.

You’ll be working in our supported accommodation buildings, providing housing and support for vulnerable adults over the age of 18 years, who are homeless or at risk of homelessness in Hereford.

Some may have complex needs, including ex-offenders and people with substance misuse or mental health needs.

If you have experience working as a support worker in a similar role, then this could be perfect for you. We will also consider those who have the right values and want to work in this sector.

We are a charity, so it’s important that you want to work for an organisation focused on well-being and successful outcomes rather than just profit.
