Job Description

We have a great opportunity for a Support Services Team Leader to join our team based in Salvus house, Durham.

The salary on offer is £22,219.72 per annum. (Pro rata for part time hours). This is a 6 month Fixed Term Contract working full time 37.5 hours per week.

The working pattern will be

Monday - 6am to 2pm
Tuesday - 12pm to 8pm
Wednesday - 7am to 3pm
Thursday - 12pm to 8pm
Friday - 7am to 3pm

Driving Licence Required. No DBS required.

This role will ensure the delivery of a full cleaning service within NHS Property Services premises in accordance with the NHSPS Domestic Services Operative Manual, at the prescribed times, in line with policies and procedures and as detailed in the cleaning work schedules through the provision of management and supervision to the cleaning team.

To be considered for this role you will have:

  • City and Guilds level 3 cleaning and support services or equivalent demonstrable experience.
  • Working knowledge of Health and Safety requirements.
  • Experience of managing a team.
