Job Description

SUPPORT PLANNER, LHRSP (DISPERSED ACCOMMODATION), LINCOLN, PERMANENT, 37 HPW, FRWK06 £21,153 - £23,430

Main duties:

  • supporting Adults who have experienced homelessness to manage tenancies and develop life skills
  • working within a team of staff to enable opportunity and advocacy for Framework service users
  • support to access services to manage addiction, offending behaviour and receive mental health support
  • identifying the correct benefits and additional housing options to move through the service into sustainable housing

You will have an understanding of the barriers people face when experiencing homelessness and a positive empathetic view of problem solving to benefit the individual.
