Job Description

Our Supply Chain Account Manager will be responsible for renewing Supplier contracts alongside managing Supplier relationships and associated responsibilities. This includes Bauer subscriptions and IMC finishing alongside other key Supply Chain Suppliers across Finishing and Mailing. Providing support for our Group Supplier Development Manager in delivery of the team objectives.


The Role will include:

Subscriptions & Supplier Performance Management

  • Build a strong working relationship with all relevant accounts (Royal Mail/Whistl/Air Business/TFL/BBS)
  • Build strong working relationships with key internal teams such as the Logistic Planners
  • Build a strong knowledge of all available mail service in the UK and overseas
  • Keep abreast of all new industry initiatives via industry groups such as the PPA.
  • Negotiate and renew contracts for Finishing and Mailing suppliers
  • Review all elements of costs for any contract renewal
  • Fully review all supplier KPIs to ensure they meet the needs of the business
  • Regular reporting of all key KPI measure
  • Manage the delivery & promotional schedules via the publishers and internal contacts
  • Resolve any delivery complaints sufficiently and within appropriate time frame
  • Purchasing & management of all supply chain consumables
  • Support for the Supply Chain sustainability strategy within the Frontline Group
