Circet Northern Ireland are looking for an experienced Warehouse / Stores Operative to join our team.


This job will require flexibility of working hours. You may be required to perform duties outside of your normal responsibilities from time-to-time. Some travel to our other locations may also be required.

  • Ensuring all stock issued is recorded with no stock discrepancies.
  • Recording of all stock movement on the in house stock control system
  • Conduct regular stock checks and advise Stores Manager of inaccuracies to investigate.
  • Advising Stores Manager of any stock shortages
  • Checking all delivered stock ensuring quantity received matches quantity on delivery note and notify Stores Manager of any inaccuracies.
  • Safely operating forklift/Telehandler to load/offload delivery vehicles
  • Ensuring all Health and safety procedures in the yard and warehouse are adhered to.
  • Travelling to Circet sites over NI when required
  • Racking inspection weekly, forklift checks daily ensuring file is kept up to date.
  • Take part in the stores weekly on call for any emergency works
  • All other stores duties and any other direction of Stores Manager.

  • Willingness to learn
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Driving license
  • Proficiency on IT Microsoft package
  • Experience is a warehouse environment essential.
  • Forklift/telehandler license essential
  • Experience within Telecom/Utilities Sector desirable
  • Drivers License essential as travel will be required between stores on occasion
