Sous Chef @ Juniper & Co – Gatwick Airport (North Terminal)

At SSP UK we now are recruiting for a talented and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Juniper & Co at Gatwick Airport, North Terminal.

We are 'The Food Travel Experts' - the leading operator of restaurants, bars, cafes and food courts in travel locations. Established for more than 60 years, you will be joining a world-leading food service organisation with superb learning, development and progression opportunities, operating over 400 stores in the UK alone.

As a Sous Chef, you will be passionate about delivering exceptional dishes using high quality ingredients. You will also be instrumental in motivating and developing your team of chefs. Reporting to the senior team, you will also support with the delivery of financial and operational results as well as ensuring compliance with health and safety, food hygiene and brand standards.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Similar experience within a high-volume operation or similar branded commercial kitchen environment.
• Good understanding and passion for food and delivering consistently high standards in both quality and presentation.
• Evidence of having motivated and developed your team to deliver excellent standards and develop their skills for future progression.
