Contract: Temporary Role
Current shifts available
DXG1 - 06:00am - 12:30pm 30hrs per week, various shifts available
DXG2 - 06:00am - 12:30pm 30hrs per week, various shifts available

Please note that all shifts require working one day at the weekend. Shift availability may vary per site.

All the applicants who are successful in the selection process will be employed by ADECCO to carry out a temporary work assignment to Amazon. ADECCO offers temporary contracts.

Pay
£11.00 per hour for day time shifts.
£12.76 (£1.76 Night Shift Allowance) per hour for night time shifts.
£16.50 Overtime (40-50 hours)
£22.00 Overtime (50-60 hours)

Amazon Logistics (DXG2) Glasgow Business Park, Springhill Parkway, Glasgow, G69 6GE, United Kingdom

What you will be doing with your team:
  • Unload, lift and relocate products
  • Scan, sort and divert packages containing the full range of Amazon’s products.
After training, you may also:
  • Move products using industrial trucks and machines, like forklifts and power pallets

Skills you need
  • Your safety comes first. You must be able to follow safety, quality and production standards
  • You may need to stand and walk for long periods during your shift, this could be up to/more than 8 hours per shift
  • You may need to be able to lift (products up to 23kg), bend, twist, kneel and crouch
  • You may need to be able to handle a full range of Amazon products, including alcohol and meat products
