Role & Shifts
Currently hiring at: Birmingham (DBI5) Midpoint Park, Kingsbury Road, Birmingham B76 1AF, United Kingdom
Contract: Temporary Role

Current shifts available: 0300-1130 (8 hour shift with 30 minute break)

We offer a variety of shift patterns – days, nights, full time and part time. Shift availability may vary per site.
All the applicants who are successful in the selection process will be employed by QUEST to carry out a temporary work assignment to Amazon. QUEST offers temporary contracts.

Pay

£11.00 per hour for day time shifts.
£12.71 (£1.71 Night Shift Allowance) per hour for night time shifts.
£16.50 Overtime (40-50 hours)
£22.00 Overtime (50-60 hours)

Our warehouses are located in:
Birmingham (DBI5) Midpoint Park, Kingsbury Road, Birmingham B76 1AF, United Kingdom
Birmingham (DBI2) Unit 1, 2 Innovation Drive, Birmingham, B11 3RE

Transport

✅ What you will be doing with your team:
  • Scan, sort and divert packages containing the full range of Amazon’s products.
After training, you may also:
  • Move products using industrial trucks and machines, like forklifts and power pallets
  • Work indoors or outdoors in the yard ensuring safe operations for the team and our delivery partners

Skills you need
  • Your safety comes first. You must be able to follow safety, quality and production standards
  • You may need to stand and walk for long periods during your shift, this could be up to/more than 8 hours per shift
  • You may need to be able to lift (products up to 23kg), bend, twist, kneel and crouch
  • You may need to be able to handle a full range of Amazon products, including alcohol and meat products
