ROLE: Duty Solicitor

LOCATION: Stockport
CONTRACT: Permanent- Full time
RATE: 40K - 60K depending on experience

The Role-

• As a Criminal Duty Solicitor you will be joining a successful team, taking on a broad range of criminal matters attending Police Stations and Magistrate's Courts
• A higher court advocate for Criminal Defence.
• Gathering and preparing evidence.
• Challenging evidence which can be used against the alleged.
• Interviewing witnesses to support the case.

The Person-

• 2-3 years within a Criminal Background
• Must be or close to being an accredited Duty Solicitor. Open to Newly Qualified candidates, support in career progression.
• Must be accredited for police stations.
• Must have or be very close to attaining higher rights.
• The ideal candidate will be well organised, flexible, ambitious and work well under pressure.
