Hazid Technologies delivers next generation software solutions which build and augment engineering data leading to better, safer plants from their design to decommissioning. Utilising a mix of process and software engineers throughout the product design our software provides an unparalleled experience utilising big data/AI concepts for engineering and production companies.

Due to exciting greenfield development, Hazid Technologies is seeking keen Software Engineers to join our team to help us develop a new web-based future as well as improve our existing market leading solutions to the Global Process Industries.

Who we are looking for:

· Graduates in a related discipline: Computer Science, Software Engineering etc.

· 2+ years of industry experience in a relevant role preferable, but not essential

· A desire to learn new applications/processes/environments.

· Thrives working in a change-focused and dynamic environment.

· Great teamwork skills, as well as the ability to take ownership of individual projects.

· Good communication with both technical colleagues and non-technical internal stakeholders.

· Passionate about technology, always looking for opportunities to improve our back-end systems.

· Is organised, able to work to deadlines, and manages time effectively.

· Is able to communicate with colleagues and our external partners effectively, both written and verbally.

· C# and .NET Framework 4.5+ or .NET 6+

· C++

· Oracle, MSSQL and SQLite

· Git

· Azure DevOps Server

· WPF, MVVM etc

Web Technology stack

· REST APIs

· ASP.NET Web APIs

· Blazor and traditional web technologies (HTML, CSS, JS)

What is the role?

· Employing software engineering skills to deliver enhancements and new features

· Investigation, identification and resolution faults identified within the existing software suite

· Employing coding best practices to ensure code quality and quality assurance

Where is the role?

· Nottingham City Centre

Salary range £25,000 - £34,000.

Potential for this to be exceeded for an outstanding candidate with a wealth of experience.
