We're seeking a skilled Social Media & Communications Executive to lead our Employer Branding and Engagement strategy for a leading manufacturer based in Peterborough. You'll develop and execute creative, clear, and strategic communications that inspire our growing team and potential employees, working closely with our Senior Leadership team and stakeholders.
Salary: Competitive & Negotiable (Experience-dependent)
Responsibilities include
Champion internal communications, collaboration, and engagement initiatives
Manage external Social Media platforms and initiatives
Oversee all internal communication channels and campaigns
Deliver the employer brand strategy across UK businesses
Requirements:
Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience in communications/marketing
Proven experience in social media marketing across major platforms
Previous experience in internal and external communications
