We're delighted to bring a brand-new opportunity to the market. Our client is a highly successful and credible brand in the Northwest market. They are currently looking to recruit a Health & Group Risk Consultant.
The successful candidate, will act as Customer Relationship Management support function to Clients and Directors
Key Objectives
" To work with the business to create cross-sell appointments
" To progress & write new business sourced independently
" To support & renew existing client portfolio
" Build & maintain relationships with clients, insurance providers and suppliers
" Take and act upon instructions from clients and directors relating to the provision of insurance covers
" Relay instructions to and from insurance providers and suppliers
" Check documents for accuracy prior to issue by clients
" Maintain accurate & compliant client files
" Ensure that company procedures are adhered
" Ongoing continuous professional development and maintenance of own training & development file
" Ongoing responsibilities to improve market awareness
" Co-operate and assist colleagues wherever possible to maintain working standards
" Ensure that compliance systems are constantly adhered to
" To act as in house technical referral point

Key Knowledge
" To be able to demonstrate a good knowledge and understanding of PMI & Group Risk products
" Knowledge of insurance principals and underlying legal principals
" An understanding of FCA regulations and guidelines

Key Skills
" Effective communication skills, both verbal and written,
" Confident and effective telephone skills
" Ability to prioritise and organise own workload
" Ability to work supportively and jointly in team environment
" Demonstrate suitable interpersonal skills
" To identify suitable cross sales opportunities
" Use judgement and experience of insurance matters to know when to seek help or advice
