PSR Solutions are working with a well-established infrastructure contractor to recruit for a full-time, permanent Site Agent. Working with an established project team, you lead a team from design process, ECI works through to contract delivery of framework awarded schemes typically ranging from £1m - £5m.

Working with a national, multi-disciplined specialist of infrastructure delivery; you will have the benefit of a diverse business mix including environment agency schemes, utilities, groundworks and private infrastructure.

Key Duties:

• Ensure sufficient resources are allocated to each work section
• Set targets and KPI's in line with project objectives and monitor performance throughout
• Ensure audits are undertaken
• Responsible for day to day running of project, including HSE Performance, Quality control, Cost Control, Programme & Resource management
• Interaction with in house design team and other support roles such as purchasing and commercial

Requirements & Qualifications:

• CSCS Card
• SMSTS
• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Proven, long term experience of working for a Main Contractor
• Experience of Structural works
• Proficient IT Skills

This is an excellent opportunity to joining a major contractor with a strong pipeline of work in the North of the UK, and work with an extremely experienced division. Work is focused around the Yorkshire area, flexibility in travel is essential.
