Motorpod is a family-owned business that has grown into a independent, pre-owned dealership in the South Wales.
We’re now looking to recruit talented new Site coordinator/ sales advisor/ for our dealership to help us advertise our cars and give our customers the level of service we’re known for.
The ideal candidate will be someone with marketing and photography experience or who comes from a strong digital marketing sales background.
You must be ambitious and have a strong desire to succeed to be considered for this role.
What you will be doing:
You will be responsible for delivering a friendly and stress-free sales experience to our customers
Guiding them through the sale, their vehicle choice, and our products.
Converting test drives and walk-ins into purchases
While keeping up to date with the products and services that we offer to sell with confidence.
Taking photos of new stock and advertising on dealers portal
Working closely with your Business Manager to add value to every deal, and who will be there to support you as you develop to the Motorpod Standard
What we need from you
A full, current and valid UK Driving Licence is essential
A good standard of education e.g. Level 2 qualifications or equivalent, or above (GCSE)
Excellent level of customer service and interpersonal skills
Sales experience desirable but not essential
A hunger for success and a drive for working towards both individual and team sales targets.
