The Role: This role will involve working in the South East of England, based in Staines.

Site agents will work with the Operations and Works Managers to efficiently deliver projects to customers expectations, attaining exceptional levels of Health and Safety Performance maximising financial return.

You will possess excellent management skills, with the ability to motivate employees to achieve high standards of compliance.Civil engineering and construction experience with good knowledge of construction methods, specifications, testing regimes, health, safety and legal regulations.

Requirements:

Essential:

= HE Passport

= Highways experience

= CSCS Gold/Black AQS

= SMSTS

= First Aid at work (3 day)

= Manual Handling

Desirable:

= SEATS

= NVQ Level 6

= HNC/HND

= Underground Services (IOSH)

= Confined spaces
