Walsingham Farms Shop is recruiting a part - time retail assistant. Working across our shop floor department.

HOURS AND LENGTH OF CONTRACT
20 - 35 hours per week. To include regular weekend working (Saturday - Sunday). Availability for bank holidays and seasonal school holidays is crucial.
Likely rota patten to be: Monday, Tuesday and Saturday (8:30am - 5pm). Occasional additional shift on a Wednesday or Sunday may be required.
PAY
£10.18 - 10.45/ph increases due in line with performance and years of service.
OVERALL JOB PURPOSE
The role of the Food Retail Assistants is to provide a positive and welcoming first and last point of contact for our customers and to offer an excellent customer service both in person and via other methods of communication. The team also supervises online systems including our ecommerce offering, emails and stock and ordering systems. You will be required to work to an operational rota as part of an effective retail team covering the whole of the customer experience at Walsingham Farms Shop.
