Role Introduction
Due to the continued growth of our Managed Services business, we are looking for an ambitious ServiceNow Lead Technical Consultant to join our Managed Services Practice.
This role is an opportunity to join the team leading the roll out of a new ServiceNow implementation of TPSM Pro, ITOM with domain separation. Experience in standing up new ServiceNow instances is essential as this is an opportunity to guide this new implementation from plan through to close. We will be partnering with an implementation partner for this project.
Beyond the initial implementation of TPSM Pro and ITOM, you will be operating predominantly within an architecture and development environment. This role is responsible for developing our ITSM strategy, GTM and leading the ongoing tool development. This role works closely with the services and operations community to develop sustainable and scalable services that meet our customer’s needs.
You will not only be afforded the opportunity to regularly achieve new certifications delivering significant personal career development but will also be invited annually to join the ServiceNow conference, Knowledge, typically located in Las Vegas.
Working within the Managed Service Practice you will also be part of the team responsible for setting the standards and improving our service interaction with customer across the Managed Services business.

What You Will Do
- Provide key input to design workshops, collaborate with development team and set technical direction to configure, customize, and integrate ServiceNow.
- Mentor and guide team members as needed and provide technical expertise for issues related to development.
- POC to client; Engage with stakeholders and understand business needs.
- Make recommendations and proposals to leadership on architectural integration design both within ServiceNow platforms and with other systems via integrations.
- Identify opportunities to automate business processes, enhance system processes, and end user experience.
- Develop platform roadmap and strategy aligning with employers and client’s strategic direction
- Implement best practices as ServiceNow standards.
- Develop and maintain processes for user management, licence compliance, audit requirements.
- Work with QA team to validate solution and ensure quality product is delivered.
What You Will Have
- Experience in leading green fields ServiceNow implementations from project initiation to go live.
- Experience in defining and implementing CSDM and CMDB structures.
- Well organised and proactive individual who is calm under pressure with the ability to problem solve.
- Good communicator, with experience in delivering written reports, with strong verbal communication.
- ideally 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
- Knowledge about workflows, reporting, and dashboards.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experienced in working Agile environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Experience in administration and development.
- Experience implementing upgrades and patches.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) is preferred.
- ITIL certification is preferred.
