Construction Project manager / specialist work services engineer:

Based in Samlesbury, a construction PM is required on an initial 12 month contract to work for a major defence company.

Location: Samlesbury

Hourly rate: PAYE- £30.42 / Umbrella- £39.55

Length: 12 months Hybrid- 2-3 days on site per week

Requirements:

• Great understanding of the RIBA plan of work and how to implement robust processes to deliver designs within time, cost, and quality
• Vast experience of construction project installations
• Relevant qualification/equivalent in managing health and safety (NEBOSH or similar)
• Proven experience in managing contractors on major construction projects while in compliance with the construction regulations

Desirable:

• Project management qualification
• International construction experience
